About

Dr Andy Scollick specialises in the nexus between climate change, the energy transition, security and defence. Since 2014 he has advised government, military and civil society actors in Europe and elsewhere regarding the development of strategic foresight and adaptive planning.

For 22 years prior to that Andy was a consultant in the field of European marine sustainability and maritime policy, working for national, EU and international level NGOs.

Andy holds a PhD in Sustainability Science, complex systems theory and maritime governance from University College Cork, Ireland where he worked as an EU project researcher and lecturer.
